I have been an avid Advance Auto customer for over 15 years, and this is BY FAR the worst location I have ever been to. They DO NOT price match the way all other locations do. And when I tried to get them to, what little customer service skills they did have went right out the window. The way I've always purchased my parts: call ALL the stores (NAPA, Auto Zone, O'Reilly) to compare prices, have Advance Auto price match, and just get it from them (I've always liked them the most). But no, not here. Honestly, everyone seemed helpful and friendly but Steve and Shelly (store manager). Both became dicks at the mere mention of matching a competitor's price. Sadly, I ended up having to call comporate, who IMMEDIATELY resolved the situation. They gave me the price difference, and I was told these two biligerant employees were to be reeducated on Advance Auto's corporate policy and procedures. I really have no desire to go back to this location though. In the future I will go across the street to Auto Zone. Because, not only do they price match without any issues. But, everyone there seems to be much friendlier/helpful, and actually seems to enjoy their jobs. What a big difference a store manager can make.
