Steaks were delicious. Nicely cooked. My daughter loves your mac and cheese!! Hostess and waitress were friendly and helpful. Waitress even gave my daughter a $1 in quarters for the arcade Sure wish I'd gotten her name. It was July 3rd, evening time. She was tall, brunette with glasses. Young lady, you're a great example for our youth!
The food was great, wait staff was very friendly. However, for whatever reason, it was a lengthy wait for everything. Extras, rolls, condiments, etc. I definitely understand if theyre busy, they can only do one thing at a time. But it wasnt busy today, they just seemed to be terribly understaffed even for low traffic. We watched our waitress literally run back to the kitchen from her tables. I hope it gets better. Any other Sagebrush my family has been to has been great, upbeat, and timely. I sure hope something gets done for this one to catch them up to the others.
There was terrible service we did not get any rolls. We had ordered onion petals and we didn't get them so we had to take them off the ticket. Also it took at least 2 hours to get our food. The only good thing about it was the food mine was great and the rest of my table was great so I say thank you to the chef for making such a good meal
Not a fan. Called in a to-go order of salad, peach cobbler and tea. About 20 minutes later, I arrived and no one was around. I walked around the corner and finally got someone. Was told it would be a few more minutes. For salad? A couple of minutes later, someone came out and said they have no cobbler. I was offered another type but politely declined. Well Ill just get the manager to take the dessert off your ticket. A 10 minute wait. My salad finally came out, no tea. It was forgotten. I paid for my meal (too pricey) and after arriving at my hotel room, found there was NO plastic wear, no napkins so I had to eat with my fingers! Also, my salad was missing an add-in that I had specifically requested, there was water at the bottom of the container, the salad had large pieces of lettuce stalk and to top it off, my tea was watered down. I wont be back.
My sister in law got the 6 oz sirloin. When it arrived, it was very thin, overcooked, and too tough to eat. She thought it was supposed to be for a sandwich or something, but the manager said it was a sirloin and that it was "right". Her fiance also had the 6 oz. His was a little thicker, but too cold to eat, as were his green beans. They ended up crediting them for one meal. My 6 oz was thin and overcooked on one side, but ok. My wife's potato soup and cinnamon apples were good, and we all liked the garlic biscuits. The manager said they were short handed and hadn't expected as many people as arrived.
